2. Description of Service

ChatPDF is an AI-powered mobile application that allows you to:

• Upload and process PDF documents
• Ask questions about your documents using natural language
• Receive AI-generated responses based on document content
• Get summaries and insights from your PDFs

If you start a free trial:

• You will have full access to premium features during the trial period
• Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel
• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload documents containing illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Not use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Please note that:

• AI responses are generated based on document content and may not always be accurate
• You should verify important information independently
• AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Depending on your subscription tier, limitations may apply to:

• Number of PDF uploads per month
• Maximum pages per PDF document
• Number of chat messages
• File size limits

Current limits are displayed in the app and may be updated from time to time.

ChatPDF, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate or complete
• The service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion
